This is a Matte liquid lipstick that is waterproof, long lasting and looks great on all skin tones. The matte finish is a velvet finish thats not as dry. 
This color is a beautiful deep chocolate color that dries down beautifully. It is the perfect dark brown that can be worn as a solid or used to outline the lips to create an ombré look. 
It looks great on all skin tones especially my medium to dark skin toned queens.
