This is a Matte liquid lipstick that is waterproof, long lasting and looks great on all skin tones. The matte finish is a velvet finish thats not as dry. 
This color is a beautiful soft blush pink color that dries down beautifully. It is the perfect soft nude pink that can be worn as a solid or used in the center of the lips with a brown outline to create a beautiful ombré look.
